Statement of Settlement

WeRide, Allride and Jing Wang have reached a comprehensive settlement agreement. Each party has withdrawn all lawsuits against the other party and its related individuals. No further comment on prior lawsuits will be provided. Looking ahead, each party is committed to the development of autonomous driving business.
