岗位要求

1、性别要求：□男 □女 ■不限

2、年龄要求： 30 至 45 周岁；

3、学历要求：□初中及以上 □高中/中专及以上 □大专及以上□本科及以上 ■硕士及以上 □其他

4、专业要求：

硕士及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、通信、汽车电子类相关专业毕业。

5、经验要求：

10年以上汽车电子行业、大型跨国集团（如特斯拉、博士、电装、天合、Mobileye、Waymo等）软件算法研发经验，5年高级工程师以上。精通ADAS、DSM、AVM、毫米波雷达、无人驾驶等软件算法。至少有2个主导研发项目成功量产

6、其他要求

负责高级辅助驾驶系统和AEB系统，软件算法编程、调试、测试等，追求精益求精，学习能力强、不怕劳累，高度的责任感和事业心。

（高级算法工程师）Senior Algorithm Engineer:
Professional requirements:
Bachelor degree and above, majoring in computer, electronic engineering, communications, automotive electronics and related majors.
Experience requirements:
More than 10 years of software algorithm research and development experience in the automotive electronics industry, large multinational groups (such as Tesla, PhD, Denso, TRW, Mobileye, Waymo, etc.), and be a senior engineer or above. Proficient in software algorithms such as ADAS, DSM, millimeter wave radar, AEB, and unmanned driving. At least 2 leading R&D projects have been successfully mass-produced
